Ashley is an Atlanta-raised Georgia Peach, coming from a Faith-based home, in which the desire to serve was instilled in her at a young age. She is a graduate of Georgia State University, taking up Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality. Ashley obtained her Real Estate license immediately after graduating college in 2011. Soon after licensing, she began to see her passion for Real Estate transform from a hobby to a career choice. She then obtained her Real Estate Broker License, with the goal of starting a Real Estate company where she could minister to those around her, through Real Estate.

Over the years, Ashley has served as a Realtor and Investor Specialist, working with an array of different individuals from buyers, to sellers, to investors, as well as served in roles such as Project and Property Manager for clients in need of extended services beyond the purchase of Real Estate. In 2022, Ashley further niched her real estate practice by becoming a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, allowing her to support families navigating probate while protecting and preserving inherited real estate. Through this work, she began to see how estate planning gaps, heirs’ property issues, and title complications quietly contribute to housing loss, family displacement, and the erosion of generational wealth, particularly in historically rooted communities.

Her career later expanded into the nonprofit and community development space, where she served as a Resident Services Manager with a community development organization supporting low- to moderate-income families. In this role, Ashley worked closely with families on financial resources, lease management, housing stability, and homeownership preparation, while gaining firsthand experience in place-based work and neighborhood-centered housing initiatives. This experience marked a pivotal shift in Ashley’s work, deepening her understanding of how housing, policy, and legacy intersect at both the family and community level and shaping her focus on strategic, proactive approaches to housing preservation and generational wealth.

These experiences led Ashley to deepen her work beyond individual transactions and into heirs’ property prevention, estate and legacy education, and organizational consulting. Today, her work bridges real estate, housing preservation, and community development, supporting both families and organizations in proactively addressing the risks that threaten long-term housing stability and community wealth.

In the coming years, Ashley sees her work continuing to evolve from selling real estate to helping individuals, families, and mission-aligned organizations preserve it, with a focus on estate and legacy planning, heirs’ property prevention, and strategies that protect housing, strengthen communities, and extend impact across generations.

Ashley is the founder of AAA Probate Resources, where she leads estate and legacy education initiatives, signature public programs, and strategic consulting engagements with housing-focused and community development organizations seeking proactive, upstream solutions rather than crisis-driven interventions.

In her free time, Ashley loves spending time with her family and friends, trying new foods, and finding moments of rest and restoration. She has two daughters, ages 13 and 10, who inspire her commitment to building systems of wealth, education, and legacy, so future generations don’t have to “get it out the mud,” but instead inherit clarity and opportunity. 

Ashley is a firm believer that real estate remains one of the most powerful wealth-building tools available, when paired with proper planning and education. With that, she is on a mission to learn all things Real Estate so that she can share the knowledge with those around her, and they can in turn do the same for their families and communities.
