Ashley is an Atlanta-raised Georgia Peach, coming from a Faith-based home, in which the desire to serve was instilled in her at a young age. She is a graduate of Georgia State University, taking up Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality. Ashley obtained her Real Estate license immediately after graduating college in 2011. Soon after licensing, she began to see her passion for Real Estate transform from a hobby to a career choice. She then obtained her Real Estate Broker License, with the goal of starting a Real Estate company where she could minister to those around her, through Real Estate.

Over the years, Ashley has served as a Realtor and Investor Specialist, working with buyers, sellers, and investors, while also serving in roles such as Project and Property Manager for clients needing support beyond the purchase of real estate. In 2022, she further niched her real estate business by becoming a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, allowing her to help families navigate the probate process and protect family assets, particularly real estate. Those experiences ultimately inspired her to build a business centered on the resources, education, and support families need to preserve legacy and generational wealth. Ashley has also served as a Resident Services Manager with a nonprofit organization, assisting low- to moderate-income families with financial resources, lease management, housing-related needs, and preparation for homeownership. 

More recently, Ashley’s work in the heirs property space has evolved into a broader focus on legacy and housing preservation. Today, she serves as a Legacy & Housing Preservation Strategy Consultant, working at the intersection of legacy planning, generational wealth, real estate, and housing stability. Her work extends beyond property preservation to helping individuals, families, business owners, organizations, and communities prepare to protect, sustain, and transfer what they have built. Through education, program strategy, and consulting, she addresses legacy readiness, succession, inherited property, asset preservation, and generational transfer. 

In her free time, Ashley loves to spend time with her family and friends, try new foods, and try different relaxation activities. She has two daughters, ages 13 and 10, who keep her very busy and out of trouble. Her goal is to develop a wealth building system for them, so that when they are of age, they understand the power of money and how to use it, and not have to “get it out the mud”. Ashley is a firm believer that Real Estate is the quickest (and easiest) wealth building tool there is. With that, she is on a mission to learn all things Real Estate so that she can share

the knowledge with those around her, and they can in turn do the same for their families.
